Every Trade.
Wins and Losses.
This is my real account. One SPY options contract at a time, traded mostly in the first hour. Every trade comes straight from my thinkorswim export and is posted here, good days and bad.

These are my results, not a promise of yours. Options trading carries real risk, and most people who trade options lose money. Results shown include commissions and fees. Nothing on this page is financial advice. Read the full disclaimer.
Week by Week
My weekly goal during this test is 30%. A short week still counts as a week.

What the Trades Are Teaching Me
Wait for a better entry
Trades I took right at the 9:30 bell earned very little per trade. Trades I took after 9:35 did much better. I was spending my buying power on the opening swing and getting stopped out. Now I let the market pick a direction first.
Give winners room
My average winner is small because my trailing stop was too tight. With a better entry, I can loosen the trail and let a good move pay more, without adding risk.
Lottos are a side bet
Late-day trades on very cheap contracts are marked Lotto in the log. Most lose a few dollars. A rare one pays big. I keep them small and track them separately so they don't hide how the main system is doing.
One contract until $500
I trade a single contract until the account is over $500. Growing the account comes first. Bigger size comes later.
The Trade Log
Profit and loss includes fees of $0.66 per fill. Each trade is one SPY option contract that expires the same day. "Lotto" means a cheap contract bought after noon.
